Originally opened in 1911 and now a proud member of the National Register of Historic Places, The Kate features a state-of-the-art 285-seat theatre that showcases a diverse array of performances, including music, theater, opera, dance, comedy, and film. Additionally, the center houses the only museum dedicated to Katharine Hepburn, celebrating her legacy with exhibits of costumes, photographs, and memorabilia.
