Our Story

Founded in 1999, Jesse Tree emerged from heartfelt conversations with individuals facing homelessness. Recognizing the urgent need for support, the founders were inspired by a similar organization in Texas and began pooling resources to provide immediate assistance. Over two decades later, Jesse Tree remains dedicated to preventing eviction and homelessness in Idaho's Treasure Valley, empowering individuals to maintain their homes.

Impact

Jesse Tree has successfully provided prevention services to over 8,000 individuals and 3,000 households, saving the community millions while preserving critical affordable housing. With a remarkable 97% success rate, families remain housed for 1 to 3 years after receiving assistance.
