Our Story

For nearly 30 years, The Health Trust has been dedicated to building health equity in Silicon Valley. This operating foundation focuses on creating long-lasting change and supporting community members disproportionately affected by health disparities. By acting as a Funder, Advocate, and Catalyst, The Health Trust envisions a Silicon Valley where everyone has a fair chance at leading a healthy life, regardless of immigration status, income, race, or zip code.

Impact

The Health Trust has awarded $3.6 million in grants to address health disparities for families, individuals, and older adults in Santa Clara and Northern San Benito Counties.
