Our Story
Founded in 2017 by Sally Guglielmo, Green Halo Scholars is dedicated to supporting and mentoring first-generation and low-income students in the Western Suburbs of Chicago. Through comprehensive college counseling, financial guidance, and career resources, the foundation stands by its Scholars as they navigate their educational journeys.
Impact
The Class of 2021 achieved remarkable success, receiving $4.48 million in scholarships and grants, covering an average of 77% of their college costs. With a 100% college placement rate, our Scholars are well-equipped to pursue their postgraduate dreams.
