Since 1943, The Granville Parent Cooperative Preschool has been a cornerstone of early childhood education in Granville, Ohio. Founded as a community service project to support working mothers during wartime, GPCP has evolved into a nurturing environment where children thrive. In 1955, the preschool began employing professional teachers, and by 1956, it was officially incorporated. Located in the annex building of the United Church of Granville, GPCP maintains a strong community focus without any religious affiliation.
