The Giving Circle

Our Story

The Giving Circle, Inc. (TGC) is an all-volunteer non-profit organization based in Saratoga Springs, NY. Founded in 2005 by Jefferson Award honoree Mark Bertrand, TGC was initiated in response to the devastation caused by Hurricanes Katrina and Rita, focusing on rebuilding homes and lives in southern Mississippi. Over the years, TGC has expanded its mission to assist underserved families in the Capital District and internationally in Uganda and Ukraine, partnering with local non-profits to provide essential support.

Impact

Through various projects, The Giving Circle has made a lasting impact, including the Child Sponsorship Program in Uganda and local outreach efforts that provide education, health services, and economic empowerment.
