Our Story

Founded in 1949 by Anne Lane and Rebecca Frazer, the Frazer Center began as the Cerebral Palsy Center, dedicated to improving opportunities for children with disabilities. Evolving into the Frazer Center in 1999, the organization continues to champion inclusive education and support for individuals with developmental disabilities.
