Our Story

The Foundation for Delaware County was established on July 1, 2016, following the legacy of the Crozer-Keystone Health System. With a commitment to health equity, the foundation has mobilized resources to address pressing community challenges.

Impact

Since its inception, the foundation has awarded over $14 million in grants and served more than 8,000 clients annually, focusing on public health, housing stability, and food security.
