The Family Enrichment Center, Inc. (FEC) is a private, faith-based, not-for-profit child-placing agency founded in 1992 by the College Hill Church of God in Christ. With a mission to support economically disadvantaged and minority families, FEC offers a compassionate alternative to traditional social services. As the only licensed minority-owned child-placing agency in the southeastern United States, FEC serves approximately 250-350 children each month, providing them with the care and support they need.
