Our Story

The Family Effect is dedicated to reducing addiction as a leading cause of family collapse and harm to children in Upstate South Carolina. By raising funds and recruiting volunteers, the organization supports effective, research-based programs at The Phoenix Center of Greenville.

Impact

Every year, over 1,300 children in Greenville County face neglect or abuse, with more than 500 removed from their homes. The Family Effect addresses these critical issues through targeted programs.
