Our Story

The Co-op Family Center has been a cornerstone of support for University of Oregon student families, faculty, and the Eugene community since 1978. Originally founded as a cooperative for UO student families to trade time for childcare, it has transformed into a nurturing environment that emphasizes child-centered learning through the Reggio Emilia philosophy.
