Our Story

Connecticut Children’s Alliance (CCA) is a dedicated organization committed to ending child abuse across Connecticut. Established in 1999, CCA began as a coalition of Child Advocacy Centers (CACs) and Multidisciplinary Teams (MDTs) to advocate for child protection on a statewide level. Achieving 501(c)(3) status in 2009 and gaining National Children’s Alliance (NCA) chapter recognition in 2010, CCA has grown to include nine accredited CACs and seventeen MDTs, significantly enhancing the support network for child abuse victims and their families.

Our Impact

Through collaboration, public awareness, and legislative advocacy, CCA provides comprehensive services to child abuse victims and their families, striving to eliminate child abuse in Connecticut.
