Our Story

Conceptualized in 2016 as part of Dr. Darryl Hylton's doctoral research, the Collegiate Black Male Network began as a small initiative to explore the impact of mentoring on African-American males at predominantly white institutions. Today, it has evolved into a comprehensive organization dedicated to supporting Black men in higher education.

Impact

Since 2020, the Collegiate Black Male Network has championed the cause of Black men pursuing college degrees, focusing on increasing their persistence and graduation rates.
