Our Story

Founded in the 1990s by Dave and Cindy Frederick, The Coffee Oasis began as a response to the pressing issues of poverty, drug abuse, and homelessness in Bremerton. Opening its doors in 1997, it has since evolved into a vital resource for youth, offering safe spaces, job training, and mentoring across multiple locations in Washington state.
