Established in 1991, The Children's Advocacy Center of Greater West Texas (CAC) was born from the community's commitment to protect children from the trauma of abuse. Located in Tom Green County, CAC offers a coordinated, child-centered approach to child abuse investigations, ensuring that children do not have to relive their painful experiences multiple times.

With a warm, home-like environment, CAC provides essential services to child abuse victims and their non-offending caregivers. The center has grown significantly since its inception, now serving thirteen counties in the Concho Valley.
