The Champions Center for Special Children

Our Story

The Champions Center, established in 1974, is the only preschool and day center dedicated to serving children with special needs and different abilities in Anderson, Pickens, and Oconee Counties. Initially serving a handful of children in a small location, the center now supports approximately 100 children and their families each year, fostering a loving and caring environment where each child can maximize their potential and build on their unique strengths.
