Founded in 2000 by physicians at The Center Orthopedic & Neurosurgical Care & Research in Bend, Oregon, The Center Foundation is committed to ensuring that youth athletes are safe, healthy, and protected while engaging in sports. This organization is a national leader in the prevention, diagnosis, and management of sports-related concussions.
