Steven Wainwright and Norman Budnitz at Duke University, The Center for Inquiry-Based Learning (CIBL) aims to transform science education for K-8 teachers across North Carolina. With the support of the National Science Foundation's Teachers and Scientists Collaborating (TASC) grant, CIBL has been instrumental in enhancing inquiry-based teaching practices in numerous school districts.
