The Center for Cultural Power is an organization led by artists of color who believe in the transformative power of art. By supporting artist leadership and amplifying stories, Cultural Power works to shift culture toward justice and equity, focusing on migration, climate chaos, and gender and racial justice.
Cultural Power mobilizes artists to envision a world where cultural, economic, and political power is equitably distributed. Centering Black, Indigenous, Latinx, and Asian American Pacific Islander artists, as well as Queer, Trans, Migrant, Undocumented, and Disabled artists, they create initiatives that foster social change.
