Transforming Santa Fe's Cultural Landscape
Founded over 40 years ago, the Center for Contemporary Arts of Santa Fe (CCA) has been a cornerstone of the local arts scene. This grassroots organization enriches the lives of Santa Fe residents and visitors alike through independent films, music, theater performances, and educational programs. CCA's commitment to fostering creativity and cultural engagement continues to thrive, making it one of the oldest artist-centered organizations in the American Southwest.
Recent Achievements and Impact
Under the leadership of Executive Director Danyelle Means, CCA has secured significant funding, including a three-year grant of $100,000 annually from the Ford Foundation. The organization also received a $50,000 inaugural grant from the Ruth Arts Foundation. Notably, the 2022 exhibition "Self-Determined" was recognized as one of the world’s Top 50 Exhibitions by Hyperallergic magazine, showcasing CCA's dedication to impactful artistic expression.
Why Your Donation Matters
Currently, CCA is running a matching gift challenge, where every new or renewing donor contributing $200 or more will have their donation matched dollar for dollar until December 31, 2024. This means your support can double in impact, helping CCA reach its goal of $100,000 in year-end donations for the Annual Fund. Every contribution, no matter the size, is tax-deductible and greatly appreciated.
