Our Story

Just 70 years ago, individuals with disabilities faced limited options, often confined to institutional settings. In 1953, a group of dedicated parents founded CPARC to provide a better alternative for their children. Today, individuals like Bryan are thriving in their communities, stating, "CPARC helps us grow and grow and grow, like a flower." This mission continues to flourish, ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to live their best life.

Impact

CPARC Residential Services support over 100 residents across Cumberland, Dauphin, and Perry Counties. With more than 40% of residents over 60, dedicated staff ensure their health and safety while preserving dignity. Advocates work tirelessly to provide access to community and school-based services at no charge, championing the rights and opportunities of individuals with disabilities.
