The Arc Eastern Connecticut was founded in 1952 by families advocating for educational opportunities for their children with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Over the years, the organization has expanded its services to include advocacy, employment opportunities, and community-based support, positively impacting over 800 individuals across the region.
