About Texas Wolfdog Project

Founded in June 2013 by Austin Brisco and a dedicated team of rescuers, Texas Wolfdog Project and Shelter Inc. addresses the urgent need for a safe haven for wolfdogs and special needs canines. Inspired by the rescue of his own wolfdog, Timber, Austin started with just two enclosures and four animals. Today, the organization has expanded to 13 enclosures, providing care for 25 wolfdogs and northern breed dogs.
