About Texas Council on Family Violence

Established in 1978, the Texas Council on Family Violence is a statewide organization committed to providing a unified voice for domestic violence survivors and service providers. With a network of over 100 agencies, TCFV leads efforts to end family violence across Texas.

Impact

Last year, TCFV served 6,113 victims of family violence, showcasing its vital role in supporting survivors. However, 1,122 requests for assistance went unmet, highlighting the urgent need for additional resources.
