TEXAS ASSOCIATION OF PERIANESTHESIA NURSES

The Texas Association of PeriAnethesia Nurses (TAPAN) has over 900 active members and advances nursing practices through education, research and standards. The TAPAN State Conference is held annually and offers Continuing Education (CE) classes. With COVID this year it was an virtual event which was free to all members. The organization maintains a website where members can locate Education classes which fit their professional need and requirements. TAPAN provides contact to our members via our newsletter. Scholarships are awarded to members for education, research and certification. Exemplary Regions are recognized by Awards. Donations are made to further nursing and assist medical missions.
