Our Mission

Tennesseans for Alternatives to the Death Penalty (TADP) is dedicated to honoring life by abolishing the death penalty in Tennessee. Through education and community organizing, TADP empowers individuals and families affected by violence to advocate for change.

Impact

With thousands of supporters across the state, TADP conducts educational forums, vigils, and campaigns to raise awareness about the failures of the death penalty system. The organization has successfully released three wrongfully convicted men from death row.
