Tender Loving Care Foundation

Our Story

The Tender Loving Care Foundation was established by parents of graduates from the Neonatal Intensive Care Units (NICUs) within the Northwell Health System. This foundation is dedicated to advocating for future parents who face the unexpected challenges of having a newborn in critical care.

Impact

Each year, the TLC Foundation oversees the care of approximately 23,000 newborn infants across ten facilities, providing specialized support for sick and critically ill newborns in NICUs.
