Temescal Aquatic Masters, established in 1982, is a vibrant United States Masters Swim Team located in Oakland, California. With around 200 registered swimmers and 20 scheduled workouts each week, TEME has become one of the largest and most diverse Masters swim teams in the area, dedicated to fostering a supportive community for adults aged 18 and older.
TEME promotes fitness through swimming for adults of all abilities, encouraging personal improvement and a sense of belonging.
