Founded in 1890 by Elizabeth Ashe and Alice Griffith, TEL HI has a rich history of serving the diverse immigrant community of San Francisco. Originally focused on health and education, TEL HI has evolved to provide a wide range of essential services for children, youth, adults, and seniors.
