Our Story

Founded in June 1985 by a dedicated group led by Jeanne Altendorf-McLennan, Teen Parent Connection has been a beacon of hope for adolescent parents in DuPage County, Illinois. Originally known as Greater DuPage MYM, the organization was established to provide essential parenting education, support, and resources. As the only agency in the area focused on comprehensive programs related to teen pregnancy and parenting, Teen Parent Connection is committed to improving outcomes for young parents and their children.
