TechFluent was founded by Liz McGlennen to address the urgent need for diversity and inclusion in the technology sector, particularly within Microsoft business applications. The organization emerged from a commitment to reduce income inequality in under-resourced communities across the United States by providing essential training and mentorship.

Our Impact

TechFluent's mission is to empower individuals from marginalized backgrounds by offering free training in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform. The goal is to place 100 BIPOC individuals into tech jobs by 2025, creating lasting change in their lives and communities.
