Under the stewardship of Teamwork Foundation, Inc., this nonprofit organization is dedicated to providing high-quality athletic programming, academic support, and enrichment opportunities for lifelong success. Located in the Mott Haven section of the Bronx, the Gauchos serve approximately 300 student athletes across four competitive divisions.

Over the years, the New York Gauchos have achieved remarkable success, winning numerous local, national, and regional championships. The program has produced 20 NCAA Division 1 student athletes in the last six years alone, along with 25 alumni who have played in the NBA and several standout WNBA players. This legacy of excellence continues to inspire the next generation.
