TEAMSTERS LOCAL 848 ALL CHARITIES FUND

The specific purpose of this corporation is to serve the various communities inwhich the Union members of Local 848 reside, as well as other communitieswhere Teamster members and other persons, generally, who have financial,medical or social needs. Said purpose shall be served by the following, andother, means: contributions to charitable organizations which are tax exemptunder Section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code which serve thecommunities of the Teamster membership and the rendering of financial or otherassistance to needy or disabled Teamster members.
