Founded by Michele Ochoa in 2012, Team Up For Tucson is an all-volunteer nonprofit inspired by the rescue dog, Lola Beez. The organization is dedicated to helping shelter pets find loving homes while also providing support to homeless children in the Tucson area.
Team Up For Tucson has successfully rehabilitated and rehomed numerous shelter pets, including inspiring stories like Calla, a dog who overcame paralysis to become a therapy dog. Additionally, over 12,000 toys and 400 bikes have been donated to children in local shelters.
