Our Story

The Team Blake Foundation was established in April 2018 in memory of Blake Cazier, who bravely fought Acute Myeloid Leukemia from the age of one. After his passing shortly after his second birthday, his parents, Jaclyn and Chris Cazier, created this foundation to support families enduring similar hardships. Inspired by the kindness they received during Blake's treatment, the foundation is dedicated to alleviating the burdens of childhood cancer and other life-threatening illnesses.
