Our Story

Taylor’s Closet was founded in 2014 by Linda and Lindsay Giambattista to create a safe haven for teenage girls, especially those in foster care. Initially a boutique offering free designer clothing, it has transformed into a mentoring program called Bloom, which fosters creativity and self-expression. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, Taylor’s Closet adapted by launching Bloom at Home, ensuring continued support and empowerment for girls.

Impact

With over $1 million worth of clothing provided, Taylor’s Closet has significantly impacted the lives of numerous BIPOC girls through scholarships and mentoring, guiding them through high school and college.
