TASSEL, founded in 2011 by Joji Tatsugi, is dedicated to enhancing the lives of rural Cambodians through comprehensive educational programs and social support. What began as a small initiative has blossomed into a vibrant community effort, empowering individuals through English education, job skills training, and essential aid.
