With a legacy of service, the organization has positively impacted over 61,000 clients, focusing on low to moderate-income households.

Through homebuyer workshops and counseling, Suncoast Housing Connections has assisted nearly 10,800 clients in achieving homeownership, delivering over 5,000 down payment assistance loans. This commitment has fostered safe, stable, and affordable housing in the community.
