The Tamil Association of Greater Delaware Valley (TAGDV) was founded in 1970 by Indian expatriates from Tamil Nadu, India. This organization serves the tri-state area around Philadelphia, including Southeast Pennsylvania, Southern New Jersey, and Delaware.
