Texans Against High-Speed Rail was established in 2015 to safeguard property rights and values from the adverse effects of high-speed rail projects. This coalition of residents, landowners, business owners, and elected officials across Texas is dedicated to fighting against eminent domain for private use and opposing taxpayer-funded railway initiatives.
