Our Story

Founded in 2016 in Denver, Colorado, TACT was inspired by the journey of Dylan Combs, whose parents recognized a significant gap in support for individuals with Autism. Rather than focusing on limitations, TACT aims to nurture and amplify the unique strengths of each individual. This program is dedicated to empowering those on the Autism spectrum through education and employment in skilled trades.

TACT boasts an impressive 83% job placement rate, significantly higher than the national average of 10%. Graduates earn an average hourly wage of $19.86, which is 68% more than other Autism work programs. With a 99% client satisfaction rating, TACT is making a real difference in the lives of its participants.
