Our Story
Tacoma Urban Performing Arts Center, known as T.U.P.A.C., was founded to provide Black and BIPOC youth in Tacoma's historic Hilltop Community with opportunities for artistic excellence. This organization honors the legacy of Kabby Mitchell III, a pivotal figure in the local arts community, and strives to create a welcoming environment for all students.
