Synergy Academies, founded in 2004 by Dr. Meg Palisoc and Dr. Randy Palisoc, is dedicated to eliminating the achievement gap through high-quality education. Starting with Synergy Charter Academy, the organization has expanded to include a middle school and a high school, focusing on integrating technology and enhancing literacy and math skills for students from diverse backgrounds.

With the capacity to educate over 1,300 students annually, Synergy Academies has consistently ranked among the highest-performing schools in South Los Angeles. The organization has successfully brought secondary students up to grade level in reading and math, preparing them for high school graduation and college.
