Our Story

The Sylvia Thomas Center was established in memory of a dedicated child welfare professional, Sylvia Thomas, in Hillsborough County, Florida. Since 2000, the center has provided a safe space for adoptive and foster families to share their struggles and successes, helping them bond and thrive despite challenges.

Impact

Over 6,000 children and families have benefited from the Sylvia Thomas Center's services, including intensive case management and therapy for over 300 children.
