The Donald S. Collins Early Learning Center is a community-based early learning program located in Black Mountain, North Carolina. This center serves children and families from 6:30 am until 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday, offering quality early childhood education for infants through pre-K. Additionally, afterschool and summer enrollment is available for Kindergartners through 2nd grade.
