Our Story
Support Utila began as a grassroots initiative by the owners of Coral View Beach Resort in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. This effort has transformed into a dedicated 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization focused on enhancing the lives of the people and pets of Utila, Honduras. With a board comprising both US and Honduran citizens, the mission is to address various community needs and improve the island for all.
Our Impact
Support Utila has provided essential food, medical, and educational support to the island's residents and their pets. During the pandemic, the organization played a crucial role in minimizing the impact of COVID-19, ensuring a healthy and safe community.
