Sunshine Place

Our Story

Sunshine Place began in 2001 as a vision of community members dedicated to helping their neighbors thrive. In 2007, this vision became a reality with the opening of Sunshine Place, a single access point for vital services, including a local food pantry and The Red Barn. Today, Sunshine Place serves the Sun Prairie community with approximately 260 acts of kindness each day.

Delivering over 96,000 acts of kindness annually, Sunshine Place provides food, clothing, and essential social services with respect and dignity.
