Our Story
From its humble beginnings in the agricultural fields of Somerton, Arizona, Sunset Community Health Center has grown into a healthcare leader with 17 clinics across Yuma County. Established in 1972, the organization started as the Yuma County Migrant Health Program, providing essential services from a trailer near migrant work camps. Officially becoming Sunset Community Health Center in 1997, it now employs over 300 professionals, including 35 healthcare providers, serving nearly 30,000 patients annually.
