Founded in 1973, Sunrise Community Health is an award-winning healthcare provider dedicated to delivering high-quality, affordable healthcare to the residents of northern Colorado. With twelve clinic sites in Greeley, Evans, and Loveland, Sunrise ensures that care is accessible to all, regardless of ability to pay or insurance status.
