The Sun Will Rise Foundation was founded by Robyn Houston-Bean in memory of her son, Nicholas Bean, who tragically lost his life to an accidental polysubstance overdose in May 2015. Since its inception, the Sun Will Rise Foundation has successfully established over 30 monthly peer grief support meetings across Massachusetts and expanded its reach to Portland, Maine. This foundation has created a safe and supportive community for individuals grieving the loss of loved ones due to substance use.
